We find the actual fault
The same symptom has several causes — a laptop that will not power on could be the charger, the DC jack or the board, and those are very different prices. This is what the RM100–150 buys.
You get a number, in writing
Parts and labour, itemised, for your specific model. Proceed and the diagnostic is waived. Decline and you pay the diagnostic only, then take the machine home.
The repair
Most screen, battery, keyboard, RAM and storage work is finished the same day. Board-level work runs two to five days because it is done at component level rather than by swapping the whole board.

We re-test the fault that brought you in plus everything around it — ports, charging, display, keyboard, fans — then explain your 3 Months - 1 Year Warranty at handover.
