The Forge 15 packs high power in a slim chassis. Overheating is usually due to dried thermal paste or dust blockage. We perform a 'Thermal Overhaul' using PTM7950 phase-change material to drop temperatures significantly.
Do you repair Aftershock water-cooled laptops?
Yes, for models like the Aftershock Slate or specialized liquid-cooled units, we can service the cooling loop, refill coolant, and check for leaks or pump failures.
My Aftershock laptop turns on but the screen is black.
This 'Black Screen of Death' typically indicates a RAM failure or BIOS corruption. We can re-seat/replace RAM and re-flash the BIOS chip to restore display output.
How long does it take to replace an Aftershock Vapor battery?
If we have the battery model in stock (we carry common Clevo/Tongfang types), it takes about 30-45 minutes. If it's a specific high-capacity model, it may take 2-3 days to source.
