Diagnosis RM100–150
One agreed fee, settled before we open the machine. Nothing else is decided today — the repair itself is only quoted once we have found the fault.
- You approve the repair. The diagnostic fee is waived in full. You pay for the repair and nothing on top of it.
- You decline the quote. You pay the diagnostic fee and take the machine home. There is no obligation to go ahead.
- We genuinely can’t fix it. You pay nothing at all — the diagnostic is waived too, and we tell you before we start if we think that is likely.
