Here's exactly what happens with your fees depending on your decision after diagnosis.
No deposit needed. Free to book. Pay only when you collect your device after diagnosis.
If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, you pay the diagnostic fee for your device type.
If you cannot make your appointment, WhatsApp us as early as possible so the slot can be released.
If you proceed with repair, diagnostic fees are completely waived. You only pay for the repair. If we can't fix it, you pay the diagnostic fee only — and we will always tell you before we start.
Every TechFix repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship.
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific fault we fixed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will repair it again at no charge.
The warranty covers the repaired component and workmanship. A screen replacement is covered against defects in the replacement screen and installation.
Physical damage after collection (drops, cracks, liquid), unrelated faults, and damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications are not covered.
Bring your device and your collection receipt to any TechFix center within 90 days. We will inspect and repair the covered fault free of charge.
