My Alienware shuts down when gaming, is it overheating?
Yes, Alienware laptops are powerful but prone to thermal throttling. If the thermal paste pumps out or fans get clogged, it will shut down to protect the CPU/GPU. We use industrial-grade PTM7950 to permanently fix this.
Can you upgrade the GPU in my Alienware Area-51m?
The Area-51m is one of the few laptops with upgradeable graphics (DGFF). However, parts are rare. We can help source upgrades or repair your existing module if it's failing.
My Alienware Command Center (AWCC) is not working, can you fix it?
AWCC issues are often software/firmware related but can sometimes indicate a failing lighting controller chip. We can diagnose whether it's a software conflict or hardware fault.
