Price follows the panel, not the logo: standard LCD or LED, IPS, touch, high-refresh gaming and 4K or OLED each have a row. Dell models are matched by exact model, so the final figure is confirmed in writing after we open the laptop and check the panel part number.

Plug the laptop into an external monitor first. If the picture is fine there, the fault is in the panel or its cable and not in the graphics chip. These are the signs that bring Dells to our bench.
A crack from a knock or from pressure in a bag. Cracks tend to grow, so do not wait.
The fan spins and the lights come on, but the panel shows nothing even though an external monitor works.
Lines, bands or flashing, sometimes only when the lid is moved. A worn display cable can cause this, so we test it.
On Inspiron 2-in-1 and touch-screen Latitude models, taps land in the wrong place or stop working.
You can only see the desktop faintly under a torch, which points to a backlight fault in the panel.
Patches of pink, green or black that grow with time, or blocks of the image that no longer draw.

We remove the bezel, swap the panel, reseat the cable and check the webcam and antenna leads before closing the lid.
We look over the new display for dead pixels and uneven backlight, then hand it back or courier it to you.
Bring it to our Sunway workshop during opening hours, or courier it from elsewhere in Malaysia. Wrap the laptop closed with the lid protected, and book first so we are expecting it.
Courier your laptop to our Sunway workshop and we courier it back to you free once it is fixed. We do not offer a pickup service.
