On many Aspire models the keyboard is part of the top-case assembly with the palmrest, so the job can mean replacing that whole section. We confirm this after opening the laptop.
Swift Go 14, Swift 3, Swift 5, Swift X 14, Swift Edge 16
Slim laptops where the keyboard sits tight against the chassis. Many carry a backlit keyboard, which we match on the quote.
Nitro 5, Nitro V 15, Nitro 16, Nitro 17
Gaming keyboards, often with a coloured or RGB backlight. The top-case may be involved, and we say so when we quote.
Predator Helios 16, Helios 18, Helios 300, Triton 16, Triton 17X
RGB gaming keyboards, usually the top of the three types. We check the lighting zones as part of the final test.

Business laptops used for heavy typing. Layout matters here, so tell us if you need a specific key arrangement.
Acer Spin 3, Acer Spin 5
Convertibles that fold into tablet mode. We take care with the hinge and the screen cable while working.
Before booking, open Notepad and press each key. Try an external USB keyboard as well. If that works while the built-in one does not, the fault is in the laptop.
One key, a row or a block of keys stops registering. A whole dead area usually points to the keyboard or its ribbon cable.
Sugary drinks and crumbs can leave keys slow to come back up or unpleasant to press.
Switch the laptop off, unplug it and bring it in quickly. Liquid can reach the keyboard and board, so we inspect before promising anything.
The keys type correctly but the lighting is patchy or dead, which matters on Nitro and Predator RGB keyboards.
Repeated characters or phantom presses suggest a faulty keyboard membrane or a short underneath.
If the keys and palmrest are lifting, a swollen battery underneath may be the cause. Stop charging, unplug and bring it in.
