How batch quoting works

Battery health differs laptop by laptop, so we quote each unit from its own report instead of guessing a flat price.

  • Windows: open Command Prompt, run powercfg /batteryreport and send the generated report (or a screenshot of Design Capacity vs Full Charge Capacity)
  • MacBook: send System Information → Power, showing Cycle Count and Condition
  • List each laptop's model and serial number — the quote and invoice follow the same list
  • We confirm part availability and lead time per model before you approve
  • Once approved, we agree one onsite date or a drop-off slot for the batch

When a battery is due for replacement

The battery report tells you before users start complaining.

  • Full Charge Capacity has fallen far below Design Capacity on the Windows battery report
  • macOS reports the battery Condition as Service Recommended
  • The laptop only runs while plugged in, or shuts down at a reported charge
  • Swollen battery — the case lifts, the trackpad stops clicking or the screen no longer closes flat. Stop using that laptop and tell us before it is transported

  • Onsite replacement at your office in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, scheduled for the whole batch
  • Onsite attendance is quoted separately, per the batch size and location
  • Or drop the laptops at our Sunway Geo Avenue workshop, Bandar Sunway
  • Battery replacement does not require user passwords, and data on the laptop is left untouched
  • Each replaced battery is tested on the laptop before handover

Can you replace the batteries at our office?

Yes, in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We schedule one visit for the batch; onsite attendance is quoted separately. You can also drop the laptops at our Sunway workshop.

Do you need our users' passwords, and is any data touched?

No. A battery replacement does not require logging in to the laptop, and the data on it is left untouched.
