What is the minimum fleet size to get volume discounts?

Discounts start from 5 devices per month (Starter tier, 10% off). The more devices you send us each month, the bigger your discount — Business (10–24 devices) gets 20% off, Enterprise (25–49) gets 30% off, and Corporate (50+) gets up to 40% off standard repair prices.

How are fleet discounts calculated?

Discounts apply to our standard repair labour rates. Parts costs are charged separately at cost price. For example, a MacBook Air screen replacement normally costs RM 850 — a Business fleet client pays from RM 680. Contact us for a detailed pricing proposal.

Do you provide loaner devices while repairs are in progress?

Yes. Enterprise (25–49 devices/month) and Corporate (50+) tier accounts have access to our spare device pool. We can provide loaner laptops while your devices are being repaired to ensure zero productivity downtime.

How do you handle device pickup and delivery?

All fleet accounts include free pickup and delivery within the Klang Valley. Our logistics team collects devices from your office and returns them repaired, with full tracking. On-site repair at your premises is available for Corporate tier clients.

What is the SLA response time for fleet accounts?

SLA varies by tier: Starter gets 48-hour turnaround, Business gets 24-hour, Enterprise gets same-day, and Corporate gets a guaranteed 4-hour response. All SLAs are contractually backed — we issue a credit if we miss the committed time.

Can we set up a monthly consolidated invoice for our company?

Yes. All fleet accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices with full itemization — device serial numbers, repair descriptions, parts costs, and your applicable discount. We support Purchase Order (PO) billing for Malaysian companies.
