What devices do you buy back?

We buy back all major corporate devices including MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, ThinkPad, Dell XPS, Surface Pro, HP EliteBook, iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, and most Android business phones. Tablets including iPad and Surface Go are also accepted.

How is the buyback price determined?

Pricing is based on model, year, spec, and physical condition. We grade devices as Excellent, Good, Fair, or For-Parts. MacBook Pro 2022+ ranges RM1,500–3,000, MacBook Air RM800–2,000, ThinkPad RM400–1,200, iPhone 13+ RM500–2,500. Actual prices vary by condition.

Is the data wipe certified for corporate compliance?

Yes — NIST 800-88 compliant data erasure on all devices before resale or disposal. You receive a Certificate of Data Destruction per device, suitable for PDPA compliance, ISO 27001 audits, and internal IT governance records.

How quickly will we receive payment?

Collection → same-day assessment → valuation report sent → payment within 3 business days of acceptance. For fleets above 50 devices, same-day bank transfer can be arranged upon mutual agreement.

Do you collect from our office?

Yes. Free on-site collection across KL and Selangor for 5+ devices. Coverage includes Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, and Putrajaya. Other states: we provide tracked courier packaging.

Can we use buyback value toward replacement devices?

Yes. We can apply accepted buyback value toward replacement-device procurement or corporate repair credits. We no longer offer laptop rental or leasing.
