Do you install office Wi-Fi and structured cabling?

Both can be assessed. The final scope depends on the site survey, coverage and capacity needs, cable routes, equipment, landlord requirements and testing expectations.

Do you come onsite, or is this remote support?

Network setup is onsite: a site survey first, then installation and testing at your office. Remote support applies only after handover, for configuration changes on equipment we can manage remotely.

Why is our office Wi-Fi slow even with fast internet?

Usually the design: too few or badly placed access points, interference, or every device on one network. A site survey measures coverage and load before recommending equipment.

Can you guarantee there will be no Wi-Fi dead zones?

No universal guarantee is advertised. Coverage objectives, survey assumptions, device behaviour, interference and acceptance tests must be agreed for the site.

Which network brands do you install?

Brand selection depends on requirements, availability, licences, compatibility and approved budget. Proposed equipment is named in the written design and quotation.

How long does office network installation take?

Timing depends on survey access, cabling routes, equipment supply, permits, other contractors and the approved change window. The quotation states the project schedule assumptions.
