How long does phone repair take?
Most screen replacements and battery repairs are completed within 30–90 minutes while you wait. Charging port and camera repairs typically take 1–2 hours. Water damage and logic board repairs may take 1–3 days depending on complexity.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all phone repairs at TechFix come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. If you experience any issue related to our repair within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost.
Superseded warranty term
The answer above still says "90-day", which is the retired term. The warranty TechFix actually gives is "3 Months - 1 Year Warranty", with longer cover confirmed on your final quote. Is my data safe during phone repair?
Yes, your data is safe. For screen, battery, and charging port repairs we do not need to wipe your device. We recommend backing up your data before any repair as a precaution. We never access your personal files.
