Most “GPU failures” we see are the circuitry around the die: power-delivery MOSFETs, signal lines, corroded rails after a spill, thermal-stressed solder. These are component-level repairs — the die itself is fine, and replacing the whole board for them is paying for a GPU you didn't lose.
A failed die — we say so, and quote the realistic option
If the GPU die itself is gone, no amount of micro-soldering brings it back, and we will not sell you an attempt.
