What does No Fix No Fee mean?

It means you only pay when we actually fix your device. Book with no deposit, our technicians run a full diagnosis and give you an exact, upfront quote, and only when you approve it do we start work. If we genuinely cannot repair your device, you pay nothing at all — no repair fee, and your diagnostic is waived. You simply collect your device back.

Do I pay if you can't repair it?

No. If we genuinely cannot fix your device — for example, damage beyond economical board-level repair, or parts that no longer exist — you pay nothing and we waive the diagnostic entirely. The only time a small diagnostic fee applies is when a repair IS possible and you simply choose not to go ahead; even then, it is waived the moment you approve any repair.
