How fast is TechFix Express repair?

Turnaround depends on the repair: iPhone screen replacement typically takes 30–60 minutes, iPhone battery 30–45 minutes, MacBook screen 2–4 hours, MacBook battery 1–2 hours, and SSD upgrades 1–2 hours. We confirm timing after assessment and stock checks.

How does the RM200 Express booking fee work?

The RM200 payment reserves your priority assessment slot and is credited in full to your final approved repair invoice. Any remaining balance is due only after the repair scope and price are confirmed with you.

Do I need to book ahead or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome at Sunway, but an online Express booking reserves a priority assessment slot. For pickup enquiries, WhatsApp 012-770 7120.

Is express repair available every day?

Express repair is available Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm at Sunway. Cyberjaya customers can use pickup and courier service. We do not offer Sunday express service. For after-hours emergencies, WhatsApp us and we will advise.

Does express repair come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the approved repair and supplied part. We confirm the applicable warranty before work begins and include it on your repair documentation.
