How long is my quote valid?
All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of generation. This gives you plenty of time to decide and visit our store. The final value is subject to physical inspection.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer two payment options: instant cash payout via bank transfer, or store credit that can be used for repairs and services. Store credit typically offers 10% bonus value.
Do I need to backup and wipe my data?
Yes, please backup all important data before bringing your device. While we perform professional data wiping, we recommend you backup and sign out of all accounts beforehand for your peace of mind.
What if my device is in poor condition?
We accept devices in all conditions, including damaged ones. The value will be adjusted based on the actual condition, but we'll always offer a fair price. Even heavily damaged devices have value for parts.
Can I trade in multiple devices at once?
Absolutely! You can trade in multiple devices in a single visit. Just get a quote for each device using our calculator, then bring them all to our store for verification.
Do you accept devices purchased outside Malaysia?
Yes, we accept devices from any region. However, please note that region-locked devices or those with carrier restrictions may have slightly different values.
