Do you use original DJI parts?
Yes. We source OEM DJI parts from authorized Malaysian vendors and salvaged factory units. For ribbon cables, gimbal modules, GPS antennas, and shells we use 100% original DJI components. Quality aftermarket alternatives are offered as a lower-cost option — clearly labeled so you always know what's in your drone.
Can you fix a drone that fell into the sea or a swimming pool?
Yes, and time is critical. Salt water corrodes drone boards within hours. Remove the battery immediately, do NOT try to power it on, and bring it to us within 24 hours. Our ultrasonic chemical bath plus board-level micro-soldering has roughly a 70% recovery rate for drones treated within one day.
Will I lose my flight logs or recorded footage during repair?
No. For standard hardware repairs, your flight logs stored in the aircraft and footage on your microSD card are preserved. For mainboard or NAND chip replacement work we quote data risk beforehand so you can extract footage first.
I tried to update my DJI Mini firmware and now it won't turn on — is it bricked?
Probably not permanently bricked. We can force-flash firmware via DJI's engineering tools in most cases. Success rate is about 95% for interrupted updates. Same-day fix: RM100-200. If the flash memory chip is physically damaged, we can replace it: RM200-400.
