We repair MacBooks, Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, etc.), Microsoft Surface, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, and provide IT support for businesses.
We have service centers in Sunway Geo and Cyberjaya. We also offer free pickup and delivery for certain areas in the Klang Valley.
Sunway: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (closed weekends). Cyberjaya: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 11am-7pm (closed Sundays). Both locations are closed on public holidays. Online bookings are available 24/7.
Repairs

Most repairs are completed same day, typically within 1-3 hours. Complex repairs like logic board micro-soldering may take 2-3 days. We'll provide an estimated completion time when you drop off your device.
Yes! All repairs come with our comprehensive 90-day warranty covering both parts and workmanship. The warranty doesn't cover new physical damage or liquid damage that occurs after the repair.
If we determine your device is beyond economical repair, there's absolutely no charge for the diagnosis. We'll explain the issue thoroughly and provide recommendations for your next steps.
We use high-quality, OEM-equivalent parts for all repairs. For Apple devices, we source parts that match or exceed original specifications. All parts are tested and come with warranty coverage.

Repair costs vary by device model and the specific issue. We charge a RM50 assessment booking fee that is fully deducted from your repair bill if you proceed. No hidden fees, transparent pricing always.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and we offer corporate invoicing with NET30 terms for business clients.

We take data privacy extremely seriously. Our technicians only access your device as minimally required for the repair. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair service.
Yes, we offer professional data recovery services for devices with storage failures, liquid damage, or accidental deletion. Success rate depends on the type and extent of damage. Free assessment included.
